<dc:description xml:lang="en">The ongoing debate between economic nationalism and globalization has significant implications for international trade and economic growth. Economic nationalism advocates for protectionist policies such as tariffs, subsidies, and import restrictions to shield domestic industries, while globalization promotes free trade, open markets, and economic integration. This paper critically analyzes the impact of these opposing policy approaches on trade dynamics, economic stability, and global supply chains. By examining case studies of countries that have embraced either economic nationalism or globalization, the research highlights the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. The findings suggest that while economic nationalism can safeguard local industries and employment, it may lead to trade wars and economic inefficiencies. Conversely, globalization enhances market access and economic interdependence but can expose domestic industries to foreign competition and economic vulnerabilities. The paper concludes that a balanced approach, incorporating selective protectionist measures while leveraging globalization’s benefits, may be the most effective trade policy strategy in the modern economy</dc:description>

This paper examines sectoral variations in the effects of inflation, focusing on essential goods, luxury items, services, and technology. Through a comparative analysis, the study explores how rising inflation alters consumer behavior, shifts spending priorities, and affects overall economic stability. The findings suggest that while essential goods maintain demand despite inflation, discretionary spending declines, leading to sectoral imbalances. Policy recommendations for mitigating inflationary pressures and sustaining consumer purchasing power are also discussed</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">Workplace motivation and productivity are critical drivers of organizational success, and behavioral economics provides a unique lens to understand the underlying psychological and cognitive factors influencing employee performance. Traditional economic models assume rational decision-making, yet behavioral insights reveal that biases, heuristics, and intrinsic motivators significantly impact workplace behavior. This paper explores key concepts such as loss aversion, prospect theory, nudges, incentives, and social norms in shaping employee motivation and productivity. The research further examines the effectiveness of monetary vs. non-monetary incentives, choice architecture, and commitment devices in optimizing workplace efficiency. By integrating behavioral economics principles into management strategies, organizations can enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall performance. This study highlights practical applications, including gamification, behavioral nudges, and performance-based incentives, demonstrating how subtle changes in workplace structure can lead to significant improvements in productivity. The findings contribute to the growing discourse on behavioral interventions in corporate settings, providing a roadmap for organizations to leverage psychological insights for sustainable workforce motivation.</dc:description>

This paper provides a comparative analysis of digital currencies—such as cryptocurrencies and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)—and fiat money, evaluating their implications for financial inclusion, security, regulatory frameworks, and economic efficiency. While digital currencies offer advantages like decentralization, lower transaction costs, and enhanced transparency, they also pose risks related to volatility, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory uncertainty. Conversely, fiat money remains the foundation of global economies, backed by governments and central banks, ensuring stability and control over monetary policies. This research explores the potential of digital currencies to disrupt or complement traditional financial systems, emphasizing the role of regulation, adoption rates, and technological advancements in shaping the future of money. The findings suggest that a hybrid financial system integrating both digital and fiat currencies may emerge, balancing innovation with economic stability.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This research paper explores the use of stream of consciousness as a narrative technique in Virginia Woolf’s Mrs. Dalloway. The paper investigates how Woolf employs this technique to delve into the inner thoughts and emotions of the characters, primarily Clarissa Dalloway, and how it reflects themes such as memory, time, identity, and the complexities of human experience. By using stream of consciousness, Woolf allows readers to experience the fluidity and unpredictability of the mind, highlighting the fragmented nature of reality and the nonlinear progression of thought. The study also examines the interplay between individual consciousness and societal expectations, showing how Woolf challenges conventional narrative structures. Ultimately, this paper argues that stream of consciousness in Mrs. Dalloway serves not only as a method of character exploration but also as a reflection of the broader existential concerns of the modernist era.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This research paper explores the pivotal role of marriage in Jane Austen&#039;s Pride and Prejudice, analyzing how the institution shapes characters’ social status, personal growth, and romantic relationships. Marriage, in the novel, is not only a social expectation but also a reflection of individual values, desires, and the evolving gender roles in Regency England. Through the lens of characters like Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy, the paper examines how marriage serves as a medium for character development, societal critique, and the negotiation of love versus financial stability. Austen uses marriage as a thematic device to critique societal norms, presenting both romantic and pragmatic approaches to union. The study also delves into the complex relationships between love, wealth, and marriage, highlighting how these elements influence character choices and outcomes.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This paper explores the theme of identity and cultural conflict in Jhumpa Lahiri’s The Namesake. The novel delves into the protagonist Gogol Ganguli&#039;s struggles with his dual identity as a first-generation American and a Bengali immigrant. The paper examines the tension between his parents&#039; traditional Bengali values and the American culture he is immersed in, highlighting the complexities of cultural assimilation, self-identity, and belonging. Through a close analysis of the narrative, character development, and key moments in the story, this paper discusses how the clash of cultural expectations impacts Gogol’s sense of self and his relationships with his family and society. The research also investigates the broader implications of cultural displacement and the quest for personal identity in the context of immigration.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">This research explores the biodiversity and seasonal dynamics of butterflies in Sariska National Park, focusing on seasonal variations, habitat preferences, and the ecological roles butterflies play within the park. Sariska, situated in the Aravalli range of Rajasthan, India, is home to a rich variety of ecosystems, including dry deciduous forests, grasslands, wetlands, and riparian zones. This diversity supports a range of butterfly species, which are sensitive to environmental changes and act as bioindicators of ecosystem health. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding the seasonal turnover of butterfly populations, which is influenced by temperature, rainfall, and availability of nectar and host plants. Using field data from 2022 to 2024, the research analyzes the butterfly species richness, abundance, and diversity across different seasons (spring, summer, monsoon, and winter). The study shows thatwhile the monsoon season sees the highest species richness and abundance, the winter months act as a bottleneck, limiting the butterfly populations to coldtolerant species. Generalist species, such as Eurema hecabe and Danaus chrysippus, thrive throughout the year, while specialists, such as Tirumala limniace and Papilio polytes, are more seasonally dependent. This seasonal variation highlights the need for multi-seasonal monitoring to accurately assess butterfly biodiversity and guide effective conservation strategies.</dc:description>

	<dc:creator xml:lang="en">Dr. Ranjana Kumari</dc:creator>
<dc:description xml:lang="en">This paper explores the role of feminism in challenging traditional gender norms and redefining femininity, particularly focusing on how these shifts contribute to personal empowerment. It critically examines how feminist movements have reshaped societal expectations of women, offering alternative narratives to conventional notions of femininity that often limit women&#039;s roles and identities. The research investigates the impact of feminism on empowering individuals by promoting autonomy, equality, and self-expression. It further analyzes how feminist ideologies encourage women to reclaim and reconstruct their sense of self beyond patriarchal standards. By highlighting the intersectionality within feminist discourse, the paper also examines how race, class, and other social factors influence the way femininity is redefined in different cultural contexts. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the transformative power of feminism in fostering an inclusive, empowered, and more diverse understanding of womanhood. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en">Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a common and distressing complication following general anesthesia that can delay recovery and reduce patient satisfaction. This hospital-based observational study aimed to estimate the incidence of PONV within the first 24 hours after surgery and identify its significant predictors among patients receiving general anesthesia. Perioperative data were collected on demographic andclinical characteristics (e.g., age, sex, ASA status, smoking status, prior history of PONV/motion sickness), anesthetic and surgical factors (e.g., technique, use of volatile agents, duration of anesthesia/surgery), postoperative pain and opioid use, and antiemetic prophylaxis, while PONV was assessed through standardized postoperative observation and patientinterviews. The study findings indicate that PONV occurs in a substantial proportion of patients, with higher risk commonly associated with female sex, nonsmoking status, previous PONV/motion sickness, longer procedures, volatile-based anesthesia, and postoperative opioid administration, whereas prophylactic antiemetic use shows aprotective effect. These results support routine risk stratification and multimodal prophylaxis to reduce PONV and improve postoperative outcomes.</dc:description>

<dc:subject xml:lang="en">Artificial Intelligence, Decision Support Systems (DSS), Tour Operators, Dynamic Pricing, Personalization, Operational Performance, Jaipur Tourism.</dc:subject>
<dc:description xml:lang="en">Purpose: Industry 4.0 technologies are now causing a paradigm shift in the tourism industry. This article empirically examines how Artificial Intelligence-driven Decision Support Systems (AI-DSS) would foster theperformance of tour operators. Particularly, it studies the effect of the AI potential in demand forecasting, personalization, dynamic pricing, resource allocation, and risk management on the business performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: The quantitative research design was used. The questionnaire comprised a structured questionnaire data were collected using the structured questionnaire on 142 registered tour operators and travel agencies in Jaipur, India. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the conceptual model with the assistance of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability tests (Cronbachs Alpha)in the SPSS. Findings: The findings show that, there is a large positive correlation between AI-DSS adoption and operational performance (R2 =0.768). As the most important predictors, AIDriven Personalization and Dynamic Pricing Efficiency were the most important elements of operational success, which were then succeeded by Demand Forecasting Accuracy. Interestingly, although the Risk Management was important, it also had a poorer correlation with revenue generating factors. Originality/Value: Although the literature on the subject is concentrated around the concept of AI in a hotel or general tourism marketing environment, the present study is a gap-bridging study since it addresses the segment of the Indian heritage tourism destination (Jaipur) specifically, presenting a proven framework of introducing AI decision-making instruments to its workflow.</dc:description>
